This Position reports to:
Head of IS Functional Tech Serv.

In this role, you will have the opportunity lead the Core IS ERP Domain department that oversees all core ERP technology solutions and services that enable business value delivered to ABB Corporate Functions and Businesses

(Customers). This includes Core ERP CoE, SAP Basis services, SAP Development and Digitalization services, SAP Compliance and Application Management for core ERP solutions

This role is contributing to the IS Services globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Leading a global team of IS Service Owners in the Core IS ERP Domain department
- Acting as the key strategic interface to the customers, identifying, consolidating and managing customer demand
- Ensuring effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of the IS services in alignment with customer expectations and agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Advancing technology modernization efforts based on the IS Strategy and best market standards through a portfolio of programs and projects
- Overseeing any transformation and transition activities required to keep the service delivery models adequate to ABB Way and customers’ needs
- Driving continuous service improvement and simplification, optimization, and automation of the service management
- Creating a high-performing organizational culture and keeping the employee engagement

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors or Equivalent degree in service domain.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role connected to technology - added advantage would be SAP knowledge and service experience.
- Strong IS developing and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies.
- Excellent experience in program and project planning and execution
- Experience in end-to-end Service Delivery, thorough understanding of industry Service Management standards and ITSM Processes
- Excellent leadership competence and experience in leading people and global departments
- Problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Very strong customer value mindset
