1.Responsible to handle the team of Security Guards as well.

2. Responsible to solve all the problems related to security guards.

3. Responsible to supervise and maintain roasters of Security.

4. He will be responsible to provide regular training of security guards for new or any existing policies of the company.

5. Responsible for Daily Visit and primarily random audit of all Units i.e Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3 and Unit 4 is mandatory.

6. Resolve all issues related with Challan Verification, Bills Verification, Checking of employees, Gate documentation and manual E-registers related issues.

7. Responsible for hiring of Security Guards if required and to monitor their performances on regular basis.

8. Responsible to approve leaves, solving grievances, monitor performance for Security.

9. Responsible to identify the Losses occurring in organization and to take proper initiatives to solve issues.

10. Share daily Productivity reports of team and himself to the management either on whatsapp or mail.

11. Documenting Policies of the department for the working process.

12. Monthly performance management review of team executives.

**Salary**: From ₹24,000.00 per month
