**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product/Service Support**: Provide technical assistance or product/service-related support based on client-specific requirements.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify issues, offer solutions, and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in every interaction. Follow the company's quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions. Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, including technical support, sales, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in English (verbal and written). Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with international clients.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Passionate about customer service with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to handle irate or dissatisfied customers professionally.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing processes, tools, or customer needs.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to quickly understand customer issues and offer effective solutions.
- **Educational Qualifications**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Prior experience in an international BPO or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of other languages can be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international clients’ cultures, especially from the US, UK, or other major markets.
