Sales Coordinator-corporate Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**:
- Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Address any order-related inquiries and provide updates to customers as needed.
- **Customer Support**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, logistics, and other relevant departments.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across sales materials.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide relevant market insights to the sales team to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Good excel knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
