**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Land Surveys**: Perform detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment to determine property boundaries and topographical features.
- **Data Analysis and Management**: Analyze survey data and prepare detailed maps, reports, and charts for project planning and design purposes.
- **Boundary Resolution**: Resolve discrepancies related to property boundaries by reviewing historical survey data and legal documents.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide precise survey data for project execution.
- **Maintain Survey Equipment**: Ensure all surveying equipment is calibrated and maintained for accuracy and reliability during surveys.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Survey123, Total Station Software, TopoLT, Google Earth Pro, Leica Geo Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 4-6 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the industrial, residential, or real estate sectors.
- **Education**: ITI qualification with specialization in Land Survey or a relevant Civil Engineering degree.
- **Site-Based Work**: Willingness to work on-site for various projects across the Mumbai Suburban area.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in using industry-standard surveying software and technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in Civil Engineering or Geomatics is a plus
- Membership in professional surveying associations

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
