Data entry of all business transaction on day to day basis
- Preparing the bills with accuracy on day today basis
- Calculate applicable taxes to prepare bills for sales/purchase in the system
- Maintain the billing system and machines
- Ensure smooth flow of billing
- Quick response for customer satisfaction on calculation part of the bill
- Train the subordinates / colleagues
- Extend required help to resolve the issues on the counter
- Provide resolution on any queries on bills.
- Any additional jobs assigned from seniors.
- **be always on the counter during the prime hours of business.**:

- To greet and attain the customers with smiling face in very polite and sophisticated manner
- To ensure that all customer queries are closed with the prescribed time and convert the query/inquiry in to effective sales.
- Ensure to place the counter requirements at every given point of time.
- On closing the sale, ensure to tally the stock and replace the sold stock promptly for other prospective customer.
