**Roles and Responsibilities would typically include**:

- **Strategic Planning**:Advising agribusinesses on long-term strategic planning, including market analysis, business development, and growth strategies.
- **Financial Management**: Providing guidance on financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and investment decisions.
- **Market Analysis**:Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural sector. This may involve analyzing consumer preferences, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- **Risk Management**: Helping agribusinesses identify and mitigate risks related to market fluctuations, weather events, pests, diseases, and other factors that may impact agricultural production and profitability.
- **Supply Chain Management**:Advising on optimizing supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution channels.
- **Sustainable Practices**: Promoting sustainable agriculture practices and advising on environmental stewardship, resource conservation, and compliance with regulations related to sustainability and food safety.
- **Technology Adoption**:Recommending and facilitating the adoption of technological innovations and digital tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness in agribusiness operations.
- **Government Regulations and Policies**:Keeping abreast of government regulations, policies, and programs relevant to the agricultural sector and advising agribusinesses on compliance and leveraging available support mechanisms.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice and solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- **Training and Education**: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and educational programs for agribusinesses to enhance their knowledge and skills in various aspects of agricultural management and entrepreneurship.
- **Networking and Collaboration**:Facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among agribusinesses, industry associations, research institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to foster innovation and development in the agricultural sector.
- **Continuous Learning**:Keeping yourself updated with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in agribusiness management through continuous learning, networking, and participation in relevant conferences, seminars, and professional development programs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
