Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for Business Line Molecular Imaging (MI) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)

**Position Summary**: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Line (BL) Managers

**Position Location** : Bangalore

**Key Deliverables**:

- Responsible for budgeting business financials
- Responsible along with BL Managers to reach the yearly targets
- Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization
- Ownership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
- Forecast quality - Focus on realistic estimates and ensuring actions are implemented to reach forecast numbers. Raise flag in case concerns in reaching forecast numbers and explore options to mitigate risks
- Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making
- Monitoring Price Realization Factor (PRF) along with BL Manager
- Finalizing and monitoring productivity measures relating to respective BL
- Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BL
- Costing guidelines review and proposal
- Alignment with factory in India & related reporting

**Key Stakeholders**: Business Area Management, Country Management, Business Line Managers, HQ BL, Bengaluru Factory, Bangladesh Team, Project Management, Logistics, Support functions (Accounts, Taxation, Treasury etc.) Offer to Order (OTO) and Order to Cash (OTC) Team, Auditor

**Experience & Qualification**:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 5-8 years of experience post qualification

**Key skills **:Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred.
