Project CoordinatorJob description
- Single Point of Contact for all communication related to Projects
- Preparation, monitoring & tracking of Project Cost Estimates on Monthly basis
- Co-ordination with Architects for the timely preparation, submissions & approvals of the Building Plans & other necessary project related GFC drawings etc
- Preparing Agenda and MoM of weekly Project review and Alignment meeting
- Value engineering during design process - in design and BOQ
- Issuing Purchase order
- Bill checking and certifying of the bills.
- Procurement coordination with the entire stake holders from start to finish
- Preparation of Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly progress reports

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 2 years (required)
