**DESIGN & PLANNING CO-ORDINATOR**

1. Establish Design document based on the client/Architect/Management.

2. Establish Project budget and Project Master Schedule based on Market studies, details received from the consultants, Analysis etc.

3. Design Development stage - establish progress and track design progress within the established framework of Overall Project Master Schedule.

4. Design Review to ensure periodic reviews are held with the consultants on design, schemes, reports etc, enable value Engineering exercise.

5. Review BOQs, specifications and drawings issued by the Consultants.

6.Track Drawing Release Schedule and GFC Drawings Logs.

7. Material and Shop Drawing Approvals: Set up and manage tracking, reporting and internal communication on Material Approval requests from Contractors.

8. Sets up and manage support function including tracking, reporting and internal communication of mock-up and material approvals.

9. Arranging periodic meetings with Architects, Client and Project in-charge.

10. Issuing Transmittals to site and maintaining record of the same.

11. Preparing project schedule based on the available data and tracking the same.

12. Co-ordinating with project in-charge for materials and man power requirement for timely completion of project.

BE CIVIL with 4-7 yrs of experience in design and planning co-ordination.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.09 - ₹35,687.09 per month
