**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive will manage the day-to-day HR operations and support the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and provide support to help build a positive work culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and resolving workplace issues. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- **Performance Management**: Assist in the performance management process by coordinating reviews, setting performance objectives, and tracking progress. Support managers in addressing employee performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Training & Development**: Coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skills and development. Monitor and track training initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and employee career growth.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support, employee benefits communication, and ensuring that employees are aware of available programs.
- **Employee Engagement**: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture and high employee morale.
- **Compliance & Policies**: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. Stay up-to-date with legal changes and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
- **HR Reporting**: Assist with HR metrics and reporting, including turnover rates, recruitment status, training effectiveness, and other key HR performance indicators.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software (HRIS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to HR challenges and employee needs.
