We are looking for a skilled **Maintenance Executive** to oversee and execute maintenance activities within our **factory/production unit**. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is **mandatory**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of factory infrastructure, machinery, and utilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing and repair work.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and service history.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Support in setup, relocation, or installation of machinery and office infrastructure as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
