**Position Title: Maintenance Executive**
- Execute and oversee routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and address technical issues and malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks in alignment with organizational goals and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and scheduled servicing, utilizing digital systems and documentation protocols.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary supplies, spare parts, and equipment to support maintenance operations efficiently.
- Enforce adherence to safety standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety consciousness and compliance within the maintenance team.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by implementing preventive maintenance programs and identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff, offering training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Foster positive relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to facilitate seamless execution of maintenance projects and resource procurement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance management to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
