**Job Description: Video Editor (Reels, Videos, Animations, UGC, Stock Videos)**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled **Video Editor** to join our team who specializes in editing:
**Reels/Short-Form Content** (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
**Long-Form Videos** (YouTube, Facebook, Website Content)
**UGC Videos** (User-Generated Content) for Meta Ads
**Animations & Motion Graphics** (Text animations, Transitions, GIFs, etc.)
**Stock Videos Creation** using available resources and creative compositions

**Key Responsibilities:1. Reels & Short-Form Video Editing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)**
- Edit high-converting short-form content optimized for **virality**.
- Add **trendy text animations, fast-paced transitions, and sound effects**.
- Craft **attention-grabbing hooks** in the first 3 seconds.

**2. UGC Video Editing for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)**
- Edit raw UGC content into high-converting **ad creatives**.
- Enhance videos with **captions, highlights, bold fonts, emojis, sound effects, and callouts**.
- Create **A/B variations** of the same video for testing.
- Understand how to create engaging **user-driven content** that feels organic but converts.

**3. Long-Form Video Editing (YouTube, Website Content)**
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and websites.
- Cut unnecessary parts, improve storytelling, and optimize watch time.
- Add **B-rolls, text overlays, and sound design** to enhance viewer experience.

**4. Stock Video Creation**
- Create high-quality stock videos using **stock footage platforms**.
- Mix stock videos with motion graphics or real footage to create impactful content.
- Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligned with our brand.

**5. Animation & Motion Graphics**
- Create simple yet powerful **motion graphics** for video intros, outros, and transitions.
- Design **text animations, kinetic typography, GIFs, and animated captions**.
- Implement **Lottie files, lower thirds, and animated logos**.

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience** in video editing for social media, ads, and branded content.
Strong proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva**.
Ability to edit **UGC-style videos** that feel authentic and relatable.
Experience in creating **high-converting ad creatives** for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong understanding of **social media trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques**.
Ability to create **A/B testing versions** of the same video for performance testing.
Experience in creating stock videos using platforms like **Pexels, Artgrid, Storyblocks, etc.**
Excellent knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video pacing.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in **AI video editing tools** like Descript, Runway, etc.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, ad copy, and storytelling.
- Understanding of **media buying and ad performance metrics**.
- Knowledge of different ad placements (feed, stories, reels, etc.) and video formats.
