We’re now looking to expand our creative team by hiring an **experienced Graphic Designer** to work alongside our Social Media Manager in developing high-impact visuals for our digital presence.

**Job Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at Pujashree, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing compelling graphics for social media, campaigns, and other brand assets. You’ll play a key role in visually communicating our brand ethos across platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design creative and engaging posts, carousels, reels, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create visually aligned digital assets like banners, thumbnails, illustrations, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to conceptualize storytelling-driven visuals that align with brand tone and festive campaigns.
- Assist in product packaging design, offline branding creatives, and event visuals if required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and adapt designs based on performance feedback.
- Stay updated on visual trends in spiritual, D2C, and FMCG categories.

**Preferred Background**:

- Prior experience working with **FMCG or D2C brands** — preferably in **spiritual or beauty/lifestyle** categories.
- Strong understanding of Indian aesthetics and a flair for modern design that resonates with traditional values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW**.
- Working knowledge of **After Effects, CapCut or similar tools** is a strong plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, campaign creatives, and brand visuals.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setup.
