Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission targets set by the management.
- Address student concerns and provide necessary support.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-2 years in admissions, sales, or customer service (preferably in EdTech or educational institutions).
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Tamil and English (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
