Job Title: Student Operations Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Fee Management:

- Contact students regarding fee payments (due or pending).
- Address queries or concerns related to pending fees and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fee records in Excel.
- Data Management:

- Create and manage a centralized database for all student information.
- Ensure accurate recording and easy retrieval of student data.
- Regularly update records to reflect attendance, performance, and certifications.
- Certificate and Communication Management:

- Prepare and send training certificates to students on course completion.
- Attendance Management:

- Monitor and consolidate student attendance records.
- Generate periodic attendance reports to track and improve student engagement.
- Coordination and Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for student-related queries.
- Provide timely communication and updates to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events related to student learning and development.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and management.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Organizational skills to handle and maintain centralized data systems.
- Basic understanding of EdTech or IT training operations is a plus.
