Academic Counselor to join our team. This role is critical in helping students make

informed decisions about their academic paths and ensuring their success.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Student Counseling:*
- Counsel and guide students on various competitive exams offered by Aryavart

Academy.
- Provide detailed information on course offerings, admission procedures, and fee

structures.
- Address queries and concerns to ensure prospective students have a clear

understanding of our programs.

2. *Admissions and Conversions:*
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Aryavart Academy to potential

students.
- Convince and counsel students to enroll in our competitive exam preparation

courses.
- Achieve and exceed targets for student admissions and conversions.

3. *Front Desk Management:*
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including managing inquiries, phone calls, and

walk-ins.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for students and visitors.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

4. *Fee Collection and Financial Counseling:*
- Provide detailed information on fees, payment schedules, and available financial

aid options.
- Assist students in understanding financial implications and guide them through the

payment process.
- Collaborate with the administrative team for seamless fee collection.
5. *Communication Skills:*
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Build rapport with students and parents to create a positive and supportive

counseling environment.
- Effectively convey the benefits of Aryavart Academy's courses and programs.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or related roles.
- Knowledge of competitive exams in Rajasthan will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Prior experience as an exam aspirant will be preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
