**Full Job Description**

Looking for **Tender Executives **to be based at Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi.
- Hands-On Experience of 1- 4 Years in Tendering Documentation, E- Bid.
- Having Experienced working in GeM [ Government e-Marketplace ] Portal, EPROC, IREPS, and others.
- Proficient in arranging documents as per tender requirements and selecting tenders from websites.
- Good Knowledge of Tender Documents / E-bid of Govt Departments, Private and Public Organisations.
- Excellent knowledge in Preparation of Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders
- Uploading/Submitting the Tender Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) on the ONLINE Platform
- Assist the department with all documents that support
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals, and Renewal.
- Submitting documents for getting new registration as an approved vendor
- Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
- Should have sound knowledge of Facility Management and Security Services
- Sufficient and updated knowledge of Labour Rules and Guidelines
- Updated with the knowledge of goverment guidelines, certifications and notices related to acility Management and Security Services
- Understanding of tender related issues and queries
- Understanding of Tender Language
- Review & qualify technical and commercial data of the proposal (put forward key features, mitigate drawbacks)
- Comply with tendering process & rules
- Organize all round documentation procedure once tender is awarded

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
