**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on a variety of legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations if required.
- Liaise with external legal firms when specialized legal opinions are necessary.
- Handle legal notices, litigation cases, and regulatory submissions.
- Provide training and updates on legal developments to staff as needed.
- Maintain updated knowledge of changes in legislation, especially corporate, labor, and industrial laws.
- Assist in intellectual property, licensing, and trademark registrations and renewals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience 1 to 5 Years
- Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, labor, and commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹14,497.99 - ₹50,000.00 per month
