
Office Assistant

**COMMUNICATION**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare documents using **MS Word** and maintain reports in **MS Excel**.
- Scan and print documents as required.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing of dispatch and customer documents.
- Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and dispatches.
- Coordinate with **warehouse/dispatch teams** for vehicle loading and unloading.
- Coordinate with **transporters** for timely pickup, vehicle tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Follow up with transporters for delivery updates.
- Any other routine office task as may be assigned from time to time.
**Required Skills**:*
- **Basic computer skills** - must be proficient in **MS Word** and **MS Excel**.
- Should be able to **read and understand English** - spoken English not mandatory but preferable.
- Should be **punctual, detail-oriented**, and able to handle multiple small tasks with discipline.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
