We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mechanical Engineering Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by providing training to ITI and Diploma students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement practical hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
Provide guidance and mentorship to ITI and Diploma students, supporting their learning and skill development.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update training materials and ensure relevance to industry standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Mechanical Engineering and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for Mechanical Engineering design and analysis.
