**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Call Handling**
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly tone.

**2. Follow-up**
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain consistent communication.
- Update the system with call outcomes and follow-up tasks.
- Address queries, provide details about services, and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain polite and professional behaviour at all times.

**4. Data Management**
- Maintain call logs, reports, and databases accurately.
- Keep track of interested leads and scheduled appointments/interviews.

**5. Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Recruitment/Documentation) as required.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, or callbacks.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/portals).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
