**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our jewelry products and services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: SSC/Inter/Any Degree pass or fail.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Number of Positions**: 10 Nos

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + PF and ESI benefits available.
