**Roles and Responsibilities**

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our jewelry products and services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum qualification: SSC/Inter/Any Degree pass or fail.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Number of Positions**: 10 Nos

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + PF and ESI benefits available.
