**Job Description: Hair Patch Technician**

**Position Summary**:
The Hair Patch Technician specializes in non-surgical hair replacement, including applying, maintaining, and styling hair patches while upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation**: Assess client needs and recommend suitable hair patches or premium options.
- **Application & Styling**: Install, secure, and style patches to blend naturally with client hair.
- **Maintenance**: Perform cleaning, reattachment, and repairs; promote maintenance packages.
- **Upselling**: Recommend hair care products, styling tools, or premium services.
- **Client Support**: Address concerns, educate clients on hair patch care, and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Knowledge of hair systems and adhesives.

**Preferred**:

- Training in cosmetology or hair replacement.
- Sales experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,036.57 - ₹41,659.82 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
