**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surgical Assistance**:

- Assist doctors in hair transplant, skin surgeries, and cosmetic procedures.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments during operations.
- **Pre-Operative & Post-Operative Care**:

- Set up and sterilize the operating room before surgeries.
- Manage patient preparation, including disinfecting surgical areas.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patients after procedures.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Ensure proper functioning, cleaning, and maintenance of surgical instruments and machines.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and surgical tools.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Adhere to infection control and OT sterilization protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient details, and equipment usage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Operation Theater Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an OT environment (experience in skin and hair transplant procedures preferred).
- Familiarity with surgical protocols, sterilization procedures, and infection control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
