The OT Technician at Shivam Hospital is responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures across General Surgery, Laparoscopic, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, and Urology. The technician ensures proper preparation and sterilization of instruments, maintains aseptic conditions, and supports the surgical team efficiently during operations.
- Prepare the operation theatre for **General, Laparoscopic, Gynae, Ortho, and Uro surgeries**:

- Ensure availability and sterilization of specialized instruments for each type of procedure
- Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by handling instruments and equipment
- Maintain OT hygiene and follow infection control protocols strictly
- Operate and assist with laparoscopic instruments, C-arm, endoscopes, suction, cautery, etc.
- Position and shift patients safely before and after surgery
- Clean, disinfect, and restock OT after every procedure
- Maintain inventory and report equipment issues or shortages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
