**Clinical Responsibilities (Apollo Sugar clinic, Seetha Circle)**
- **Patient assessment and diagnosis**: Evaluates children's health through physical exams, medical history, and diagnostic tests to determine medical conditions.
- **Treatment and management**: Develops and implements individualized care plans to manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- **Monitoring development and growth**: Tracks physical, cognitive, and emotional development to ensure children are meeting age-appropriate milestones.
- **Emergency response**: Provides prompt and effective care during pediatric emergencies or urgent situations.
- **Referrals and collaboration**: Coordinates with specialists and healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care when necessary.
- **Advising parents**: Offers guidance to parents on nutrition, behavior, illness prevention, and general child wellness.
- **Building trust**: Establishes a reliable and supportive relationship with patients and their families to promote better health outcomes.
- **Effective communication**: Clearly conveys medical information and listens actively to concerns from both children and caregivers.
- **Record keeping**: Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups.
- **Continuing education**: Keeps knowledge and skills current by participating in medical conference
