**Responsibilities & Deliverables**:
Run a highly available Cloud based software product on multiple cloud environments

**Architect, Build, Maintain, and Upgrade highly available software systems**

**Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality**

Work very closely with Software Development team to design and implement new systems

Setup and maintain CI/CD systems

Plan for capacity upgrading or downsizing as and when the need arises

Build automated systems for continuously deploying software

**Must have Skills**

Experience and good understanding in Linux (LVM, Kernel, iptables)

Expert scripting languages
- Shell, Python, PowerShell etc.

Proficiency in Apache and Nginx along with reverse proxy management

Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) apart from EC2 and VMs (such as Lambda functions, Automation accounts, Event Bridge, Code Build, EKS)

Expert in Docker and container management

Expertise in building robust CI/CD pipelines for multi environments

Databases such as MongoDB, Postgres or MySQL

Must be able to debug code in multiple languages such as (Python, JavaScript, NodeJs, etc.)

Understanding of Kubernetes

Excellent knowledge of Git

**Good to have**

Monitoring and Logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog etc)

Writing automated test cases to integrate with CI/CD pipelines

Tools such has Ansible, Chef, Terraform or similar
