A minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics and freight brokerage industry.
- A strong book of business and a demonstrated history of successful negotiations.
- Proficiency in US logistics and freight processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise to negotiate freight rates and secure shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Effectively manage and expand your existing book of business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
