**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent command of teaching Digital Marketing concepts.
- Track & Monitor student individual development & performance.
- Handling doubt session of students.
- He will provide Online/Offline classes training on Digital Marketing.
- Support other staff in delivering training modules.
- Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norms and schedule.
- Should be able to meet eLearning standards.
- Thorough understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
- Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods.
- Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the students.
- Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work.
- Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and students receive consistent knowledge.
- Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions.
- Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field.

**Desired Skill Sets**:

- Experience of execution of marketing campaigns. (Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
- Digital Marketing Certified Associate (Google certification, search, and display advertising) - Preferred.
