**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop new accessories such as jewellery, bags, and dog leashes that can be crafted by visually impaired individuals.
- Innovate and introduce new product ideas that align with market trends and the capabilities of our associates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency in the products created.
- Adapt training methods to suit the needs and abilities of visually impaired individuals, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in designing and creating accessories such as jewellery, bags, and similar products.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor individuals, preferably with experience working with people with disabilities.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering others.
- Knowledge of tactile learning methods and adaptive techniques is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
