UI/UX Designer

Full job description

Myosop is seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across our digital products.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and scalable design systems, along with a strong eye for detail and creativity. You should be passionate about designing products that not only look great but also deliver seamless usability and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Hands on experience on design tools Figma

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Design and deliver UI/UX solutions optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (web, mobile, tablet).

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.

Iterate designs based on feedback and changing requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Must be hands on experience on design tools Figma

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs.

Strong portfolio demonstrating past design work and problem-solving approach.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
