**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and industry events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s needs, showcasing the value of Biz and Beez’s services.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements. Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and signed.
- **Collaboration with Marketing & Delivery Teams**: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and that campaigns are executed successfully. Communicate client feedback and potential upsell opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecast projections, and market trends.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field. Experience with SaaS sales or service-based industries is a plus.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and present effectively to potential clients.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) for managing leads, sales activities, and reporting.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to listen to clients, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored solutions that provide real value.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, project management) to deliver exceptional client results.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities and experience handling objections and closing deals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfort with digital tools and platforms, especially in marketing or technology-related industries.
