**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team in building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our educational products and services. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals looking to start their careers in sales with a passion for EdTech and a drive to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients (schools, institutions, tutors).
- Conduct product presentations and demos, communicating product value and benefits.
- Follow up on leads, answer customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Document client interactions and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in training sessions to develop a strong understanding of our products and the EdTech market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with technology and interested in EdTech products.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹26,500.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
