Position Overview:
**Early Years Programme (EYP) Teacher**

As an EYP teacher at Riverdale World School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners aged 3 to 6 years. Your focus will be on fostering inquiry-based learning, supporting holistic development, and creating a supportive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**Curriculum Development & Implementation**
- Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Integrate transdisciplinary themes to encourage inquiry and exploration.
- Assess and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of young learners.

**Classroom Management & Student Support**
- Establish a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Implement strategies that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with support staff to address individual learning needs.SimplyHired+1Shine+1

**Parental & Community Engagement**
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Organize and participate in school events that involve the wider community.
- Provide guidance to parents on supporting learning at home.

**Professional Development & Collaboration**
- Engage in continuous professional learning to stay abreast of best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and reflect on teaching practices.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience in teaching early years, preferably within an IB PYP setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
