**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for equities on behalf of the company and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to identify trading opportunities and develop profitable strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and news that impact equity prices.
- Manage portfolio risks by setting appropriate stop-loss levels and maintaining a disciplined trading approach.
- Collaborate with analysts and other team members to understand market sentiment and potential opportunities.
- Maintain detailed trading records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company trading guidelines.
- Use trading platforms and software to execute trades and manage portfolio performance.
- Continuously improve trading strategies through backtesting, analysis, and adaptation to market changes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on portfolio performance to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equity trading, preferably within a financial institution or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and technical analysis.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
