**Job Title: CRM Team Member**

**(PR Print Media Content Creation and Client Servicing)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Write press notes, articles, blog posts, and case studies to highlight company achievements, client success stories, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and informative content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.

**Proposal and Presentation Development**:

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients, outlining the company's offerings, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Tailor proposals and presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each client, showcasing relevant case studies, testimonials, and solutions.
- Ensure that all proposals and presentations are professional, polished, and delivered within deadlines.

**Client Servicing**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and updates on project status and progress.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue.

**Client Acquisition**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential new clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, goals, and expectations, and to showcase the company's capabilities and expertise.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials to secure new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, proposal development, or client servicing, preferably in a CRM or agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Google Workspace
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
