**Job Title: Sales Team Member**

**(Event Sponsorships, PR & Digital Marketing Sales and Business Development)**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our team. This role will primarily focus on procuring event sponsorships, PR, Digital Marketing while also engaging in regular business development activities to drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities for the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Sponsorship Procurement**:

- Identify and research potential sponsors for company events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure sponsorship agreements with target organizations.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and terms to maximize revenue and value for both parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and explore opportunities for upselling or renewal.

**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and markets for the company's products or services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients.
- Present company offerings to prospective clients compellingly and persuasively.
- Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding proposals, contracts, and ongoing projects.

**Sales Performance and Reporting**:

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event sponsorships and business development activities.
- Track and analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorships and or in the events /PR industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
