Responsible for opening warehouse according to established procedures

Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with other Sale/supply team as needed

Provide scheduling support and resource allocation for warehouse staff

Manage the day to day operations of the warehouse and processing facility

inbound monitoring and checking all incoming stock for shortages and damage

Ascertain urgency of orders to be picked up on a daily basis and dispatch accordingly

Monitor all orders throughout the day to ensure 100 % dispatch efficiency

Ensure all paperwork (Eway bill, LR ) is filled out in and all required information is documented

Liaising with local authorities and local people to ensure no disturbance in warehouse Operation.

Operational management of all Warehouse Managers in terms of cost control, Capex projects, standard work, operational effectiveness, cycle counting, stock-takes, hygiene

Ensure cost saving initiatives, optimum & most efficient use of transport, logistics management, and training requirements

Timely collection of LR and POD and ensure enter the POD in system timely and maintain the record

Maintain the record of Goods' return and stock accounting system to ensure CN is issued to the customer.

Track and trace of the shipments dispatched from the warehouse

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
