**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in operations involving diverse data sources, including data collection and analysis. Ensure that all data is consistently accurate, up to date, and readily accessible at all times.
- Support coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the successful implementation of the fund and the overall operations of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure excellence in all projects and tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- _Receptive attitude toward feedback with strong coachability. _
- _Demonstrates a steep learning curve, sharp self-awareness and basic logical thinking. _
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Systems-thinking oriented, able to see connections between tasks and contribute innovative ideas and solutions to challenges.
- Team player, capable of working well in teams as well as individually. Must be able to work remotely, coordinating and communicating actively across different geographies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Language skill (i.e. Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese) is a plus.
