Quanastra is among 8 start ups selected under Quantum India Mission to lead the quantum development in India. As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Professional to drive our growth and build lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Quanastra’s innovative product line, mainly Superconducting Nanowire Single Photon Detectors (SNSPD) systems.
- Identify and engage potential customers in the scientific, quantum technology, and research sectors.
- A deep understanding of Market Research and Sales Projections.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including research institutions, industry leaders, and government agencies.
- Leverage knowledge of scientific instruments and optics to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent Quanastra at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to understand technical details and communicate them effectively to a diverse audience.
- Contribute to strategic planning and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing for **scientific instruments or optics** is essential.
- Previous experience working with **startups** and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of advanced technologies, particularly in the domains of quantum computing, optics, or cryogenics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or optics or Engineering with a Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
