- Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Sourcing from job portals, making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Hands-on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and social media Platforms.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Must be willing to work during Night Shift. US timings

**Skills Needed**:

- Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of US Visa terms and Tax Terms
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environments

CTC - 20 to 30% hike (Depending on the experience)

Incentives - 3% recurring

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
