**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: S S L C ,12th or any Degree holder

2. **Experience**: Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related field is often preferred.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with debtors effectively.

4. **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to work with debtors on payment arrangements.

5. **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing payments.

6. **Ethical Conduct**: Knowledge of and commitment to ethical debt collection practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

7. **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization.
