**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Receive sales calls from the customers co-ordinate with the customers regarding the concern.
- Assist the engineers in getting the sales done during sales visit by providing required support.
- Co-ordinate with the engineers in getting the customers’ needs met as per the calls and get the calls closed as per TAT.
- Prepare quotation for the sales request from customer, effectively negotiate and follow up with them to get the sales done.
- Actively participate and handle various sales projects undertaken by the company, coordinate with customer by providing quotation, project updation, price negotiation and manage all end-to-end activities in project completion.
- Always ensure to maintain customer base of the company.
- To get feedback from the customers post sales of products.
- Prepare monthly reports to management on sales done, details of delayed calls, current status of projects undertaken and engineer’s performance

**Skills**:

- Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)
- Must be **excellent & fluent in English** communication.
- Experience in sales, project handling, customer support & client co-ordination.
- **Should have strong negotiation skills and maintain TAT for all calls.**

**Experience**:1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, project handling and coordination, customer support and relationship, client co-ordination etc. are encouraged.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
