**Job Title: Juice Master - Cafe Coffee House**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Juice & Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages as per the menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Experiment with new recipes to enhance the menu

**Customer Service & Upselling**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Suggest and upsell beverages to increase sales.
- Ensure quick and efficient service.

**Operational Duties & Hygiene Compliance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the juice counter.
- Follow food safety and health standards strictly.
- Ensure fresh ingredients are used and stored properly.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform the supervisor for restocking.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.
- Minimize wastage and maintain cost control.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Operate juicing and blending equipment efficiently.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in a juice bar, café, or similar role.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in juice and smoothie preparation.
- Knowledge of ingredient pairing and menu customization.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - 16,000 per month
