**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare **fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages** as per the menu.
- Ensure the **right mix of ingredients** for consistency and taste.
- Suggest new **innovative juice recipes** based on seasonal fruits.

**2. Hygiene & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain **cleanliness and sanitation** of the juice-making area and equipment.
- Follow **food safety and hygiene** guidelines while handling ingredients.
- Ensure proper **storage and freshness** of fruits and other ingredients.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and **take beverage orders efficiently**.
- Customize drinks based on **customer preferences** and dietary needs.
- Ensure **quick and quality service** to enhance customer experience.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Monitor **fruit and ingredient stock levels**, and inform the manager for replenishment.
- Minimize **wastage** by using ingredients efficiently.
- Ensure proper **handling and storage** of perishable items.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of experience as a **Juice Maker / Juice Master**.
- Ability to **operate juicing machines and blenders** efficiently.
- Knowledge of **fruit combinations, health benefits, and nutrition**.
- Strong **hygiene practices and attention to detail**.
- Good communication skills and a **customer-friendly attitude**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
