**Role description**:
**Job Description: Scrum Master**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the project's functions and take ownership of follow-ups to ensure the project progresses smoothly and stays on track.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Experience with the SAFe framework is desirable.
- Collect, analyze, and share team metrics from Jira to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Agile best practices by producing and maintaining necessary artifacts.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on issues that are beyond the team's control, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
- Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependent work and ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Management, and Product Owners to prepare for and support program-level events and milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- 8-13 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in Web/eCommerce is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe framework is a plus, but not required.
