Location - Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

Should have worked with e-commerce industry

Operations, Stock, Fulfilment & Warehouses.
-      Ensure that all operations & logistics related processes associated with each activity are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
-      Inventory Managment.
-      Uniware Management.
-      Warehouse Security & Management.
-      Checking and focus at all department (In, Out & Pick and pack).

Manage Online/Offline orders and daily operations.
-      Lead the Operations & Logistics team, supporting them in achieving their own objectives and solving day-to-day problems whilst adhering to corporate competencies.
-      Quality Control.
-      Order Management (Through Uniware).
-      Offline store order dispatch

**Job Requirements**:
Proven experience in an E-Commerce Operations and Logistics Mgmt. role with exposure to operational elements.

Experience in logistics.

Experience of stock management and financial procedures.

Working experience in the E-commerce warehouse.

Ability to effectively coach team members and communicate with senior management.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS office excel.

High standard of written and spoken English.

Great communication skills, written and verbal by using positive language.

Leadership skills.
