Data collection executive will be doing a field job and will be responsible for collecting the data of the properties collects across different categories. It involves daily meetings with potential and existing clients and collecting their properties data which is listed on the website. - This role will be responsible for identifying new projects in the assigned city/area and ensuring onboarding of on before the competition. - Working in the assigned city, searching for supply through the builder, To-Let Boards, Real Estate Agents, Society Managers, etc. - Calling and Regularly meeting the clients in the assigned city to get the primary and secondary listings. - Explaining the existing/upcoming product details to the clients in the field as and when needed. - Distributing Brochures, Pamphlets, and Products to the clients according to the company requirements. - Filling the App base form and clicking the photographs of the properties according to the company's requirements. - Submitting, Uploading the collected data on time according to the process and guidelines defined by the company and Sending a daily collection report to the Team Leader. - Attending the Training sessions for the process changes and updates related to Data Collection. - Should be able to read and write basic English, Hindi and local language and also should be Smart and Energetic with a "CAN DO" attitude and good communication skills - The person should be able to work in the field with the flexibility of timings and weeks offs according to the company's requirements. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary **Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) License/Certification: - Driving Licence (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 09346544939
